除油整理HOLPOSON® Greaseless

Greaseless 是高浓度染色精炼同浴除油精炼剂，具有良好的脱脂乳化能力，对化纤类纤维的矿物油和纺丝油、

织造油剂等都能充分地进行乳化、分散，并可以避免形成浮油及浮蜡；是去除各种油污、斑渍的理想助剂，

即使添加至连续精练浴中也能达到目的。

使用方法

1.化纤织物的精炼除油

HOLPOSON® Greaseless：0.2～0.5 g/L

碳酸钠 ：1～2.0 g/L

浴 比 ：1∶10，80℃～95℃, 20～60分钟

将去油剂HOLPOSON® Greaseless 边用水稀释边搅拌，稀释后和碳酸钠一起加到精练浴中，调节至所定的液量。

2.精炼乳化染色同浴除油

分散染料：X%

HOLPOSON® Greaseless：0.2～0.5%（o.w.f）

pH值：4～7

工艺条件：110～130℃，保温45～60分钟

注意事项

HOLPOSON® Greaseless 即可直接使用，其可以与水：1：5～8倍稀释后使用。 本产品和与阴、

非离子药剂以及常规印染加工中使用的助剂均具有良好的相容性。

贮存

存放在阴凉干燥通风的地方，该产品的贮存期限至少为6个月。开封后尽快用完。如果没有用完，

请盖紧防止产品挥发或混入异物。

室内存放，避免高温、严寒。

Degreaser

HOLPOSON® Greaseless

Greaseless is a high concentration degreasing scouring agent used in the same bath as dye, which has good degreasing and emulsifying capability. It can fully emulsify and disperse the mineral oil, spinning oil and weaving/knitting oil in chemical fibers, and avoid the formation of floating oil and wax. It is an ideal finishing agent for removing various oil stains. Even when added to the continuous scouring bath, it can achieve the purpose. It is suitable to be added in acid to alkaline dyeing bath for dyeing in the same bath.

Usage:

1. Scouring and degreasing of synthetic fibers

HOLPOSON®Greaseless:     0.2～0.5 g/L

Sodium carbonate:   1～2.0 g/L

Bath ratio:              1∶10, 80℃～95℃, 20～60min

Dilute HOLPOSON® Greaseless with water while stirring. Then add to the scouring bath together with sodium carbonate. Finally adjust until the specified the liquid volume.

2. One bath degreasing by scouring and emulsification

Disperse dye:            X%

Greaseless:              0.2～0.5%（o.w.f）

pH value:                4～7

Process condition:       110-130℃ for 40-60min   

Attentions:

HOLPOSON®Greaseless can be used directly after diluted with water to a ratio of 1: 5-8. It has good compatibility with anionic/nonionic agents and agents used in regular dyeing.

Storage:

1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. The storage time is 6 months minimum. Consume it as soon as possible after opening. If not completely cosumeed, cover the lid tightly to avoid volatilization or incoming of foreign matters.

2. Store indoor and avoid overheat or svere cold.
