HOLPOSON® Color Keep-Sweat

HOLPOSON® Color Keep-Sweat  是为了除去涤纶或涤氨面料上不稳定的分散染料而开发的分散染料色牢度提升剂。

用分散染料染涤纶/氨纶针·机织物时，氨纶弹力丝上会吸收较多的染料造成严重的沾色。氨纶上的分散染料沾色一般

很难去除，还原清洗后仍会残留在纤维中，从而造成染色牢度下降等问题。

在常规的还原清洗中添加HOLPOSON® Color Keep-Sweat，能有效地去除涤氨纶上的不稳定分散染料，

得到牢度优良的染色物。

使用方法

HOLPOSON® Color Keep-Sweat 的使用方法根据被洗涤物的种类、染色浓度、洗涤机械等

一般以下列工艺条件为标准。

处方                    深色                   浅色

Color Keep-Sweat        3-5g/L                 1-3g/L

保险粉                  3-6g/L                 2-4g/L

工艺： 75-80 ℃×15-20分钟还原清洗后，热水洗，水洗。

染色严重的话，重复进行2~3次还原清洗。

产品性能

1．能去除在氨纶上的分散染料沾色、显著提高染色物的耐干洗、水洗、摩擦牢度。

2．也可作为涤纶染色物的皂洗剂，能够有效地去除未上染的染料。在还原清洗时使用，能够得到色泽鲜艳和染色牢度优良的染色物。

贮    存

HOLPOSON® Color Keep-Sweat 包装：120KG 塑料桶，贮存期为 12 个月。                                                               

室内存放，避免高温、严寒。

HOLPOSON® Color Keep-Sweat

Color Keep-Sweat is a color fastness enhancer developed to remove the unstable disperse dyes on polyester or polyester/Spandex blended fabrics.

When polyester/Spandex knitted/woven fabric is dyed with disperse dyes, the Spandex elastic yarn will absorb a lot of dyes and cause serious staining. The disperse dyes on Spandex are usually difficult to remove, and they will remain in the fibers after reduction cleaning, which will lead to the decrease of dyeing fastness and other problems. When Color Keep-Sweat is added in the conventional reduction cleaning, the unstable disperse dyes on the polyester and Spandex can be removed effectively. Eventually, dyed materials with good fastness can be obtained.

Usage:

The way to use Color Keep-Sweat is dependent on the type of material to be washed, dyeing concentration, washing machine, etc.

Generally, the following process conditions are taken as the standard.

Recipe                     Dark color           Light color

Sodium hydrosulfite          3-6g/L                2-4g/L

Caustic soda (50%)/

sodium carbonate            2-5g/L                1-3g/L

Process: 75-80 ℃×15-20 minutes reduction clearing, hot water washing, rinsing.

If the staining is severe, repeat 2-3 times of reduction clearing.

Characteristics:

1. It can remove the staining of disperse dyes on Spandex and improve the color fastness to dry cleaning, water washing and rubbing of dyed materials.

2. It can also be used as a soaping agent for dyed polyester materials, which can effectively remove the dyes that are not dyed. When it is used in the reduction cleaning, it can produce dyed materials with bright color and excellent dyeing fastness.
