抗菌抗病毒整理剂HOLPOSON®CAPTAIN A
   抗菌抗病毒整理剂HOLPOSON®CAPTAIN A具有耐洗的抗菌抗病毒材料，能有效抑制大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、流感病毒H1N1,H3N2等，作用原理是阻止细菌病毒核酸合成，破坏微生物的代谢过程，终止其生长、活动和繁殖的能力。符合以下抗菌标准检测：ISO 20743-2007,AATCC 100-2004,JIS L1902-2008,GB/T20944.1-2007,抗病毒检测标准：ISO 18184 2014(E),主要应用于：家纺、服装、车内饰面料、医用防护等。

使用方法
1、首先称取抗菌抗病毒剂HOLPOSON® CAPTAIN A ,搅拌加水,然后逐渐稀释到加料缸。按照如下生产工艺进行生产：

Usage:
First weigh the HOLPOSON® CAPTAIN A, stir and add water, and then gradually dilute to the feeding tank. Produce according to the following production process:

Padding method:
HOLPOSON® CAPTAIN A:      30-40g/L
HOLPOSON®HN:               30-50g/L
HOLPOSON®Soft:              30-50g/L

Scraping rate Approximately 70%

Setting temperature and time 150°C for 180 seconds or 160°C for 150 seconds

Attentions:
1. Use room temperature water to gradually dissolve the material in water.
2. If other additives are used in the same bath. Such as anionic additives; please confirm the stabilizer through preliminary samples.
3. It is recommended to experiment with white fabrics; it may affect the whiteness. It has no effect or only a small effect on the thermal migration performance.
4. In order to check the compatibility with other products, it is recommended to conduct pre-experiment or consult our technicians separately.
