抗紫外线整理剂
HOLPOSON® BIG MAX
HOLPOSON® BIG MAX是适用于涤纶，锦纶，棉，粘胶及混纺等规格的纤维纺织品，HOLPOSON® BIG MAX具有良好的吸收紫外线的性能，还在此基础上提升部分织物染料的耐日晒牢度，尤其适合涤纶织物，可有良好的耐日晒功能，染色同浴使用，耐水洗效果可达100次以上。

使用方法
稀释方法：先将 HOLPOSON® BIG MAX 化料，再一边搅拌一边慢慢加水，稀释到所需要的浓度
一、浸轧法
用量： 20-50 g/L 轧液率：60-80% 烘干：130-150℃
二、浸渍法
用量：2-5 % o.w.f. pH 值:4.5-5.5（醋酸调节）
温度：40℃ 时间：20 分钟
烘干：130-150℃
产品性能
化料时用冷水或温水（约30- 40℃），可保证产品良好的加工稳定性和抗紫外效果。但如果使用了纤维消光剂或织物的组织结构过于疏松，整理效果会有所下降；对织物色光影响小。
贮 存
大白 BIG MAX 不要存放于 0℃以下或 40℃以上；该产品为高分散悬浮液，静置一段时间后有一定程度分层，属正常现象，搅拌均匀后可照常使用。包装有：25KG、50KG 、60KG 塑料桶，贮存期为 12 个月。

HOLPOSON® Bigmax
HOLPOSON® BIG MAX is suitable for polyester, nylon, cotton, viscose and blended fiber textiles. It not only has excellent UV absorption performance, but also improves the color fastness to sunlight of some fabric. It’s especially suitable for polyester fabric, bringing excellent sunlight resistance function. It can be added in the dye bath directly, and the fabric will endure washing for more than 100 times.

Usage:
Dilution method: Dissolve the product first, then add more water slowly while stirring, finally dilute to the required concentration.
1. Dip rolling method
Dosage: 20-50g/L Rolling liquid rate: 60-80% Drying: 130-150 ℃
2. Immersion method
Dosage: 2-5% o.w.f. pH: 4.5-5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
Temperature: 40 ℃ Duration: 20 minutes
Drying: 130-150 ℃
Attentions:
Use cold or warm water (about 30-40 ℃)for diluting to ensure good stability and anti-UV effect of the product. However, if fiber matting agent is used or the fabric structure is too loose, the overall effect will be reduced, but the influence on the fabric color is small.
Storage:
Do not store the product below 0 ℃ or above 40 ℃; the product is a highly dispersed suspension liquid and will has some stratification after being put for a period of time, which is a normal phenomenon. It can be used as usual after being stirred evenly. Package: 25kg, 50kg or 120kg plastic barrel. Storage period: 12 months.
