丝蛋白整理剂HOLPOSON® Da Qiao主要成分是从天然植物中提取出来的丝素蛋白，有良好的保湿作用。丝蛋白整理剂HOLPOSON® Da Qiao主要应用于家纺、内衣、袜子、围巾、口罩、手套等面料的后整理加工。

使用方法
1、浸轧法
用量： 丝蛋白整理剂HOLPOSON® Da Qiao 30-60g/l
处理方法：一浸一轧(带液量70-80%) → 烘干（120℃）
2、浸渍法
Da Qiao 用量：3.0-5.0 g/l 浴比 1：10
均匀化料整理液40℃浸渍（30分钟）→ 脱水 → 烘干（120℃）

The main ingredient of silk protein finishing agent HOLPOSON® Da Qiao is silk fibroin extracted from natural plants, which has a good moisturizing effect. Silk protein finishing agent HOLPOSON® Da Qiao is mainly used in the finishing processing of home textiles, underwear, socks, scarves, masks, gloves and other fabrics.
Physical & chemical properties:
Content: Silk protein
Appearance: Light yellow liquid
Ionicity: Nonionic
Solubility: Soluble in water
pH: 6-7
Usage:
1. Padding method
Da Qiao dosage: 30 ~ 60g/L
Treatment method: Dip and roll once (with liquid content of 70-80%) → drying (120 ℃)
2. Impregnation method
Da Qiao dosage: 3.0-5.0g/L. Bath ratio: 1:10
Dissolve the product evenly in the working solution. Impregnation at 40 ℃ (30 minutes) → Dehydration → Drying (120 ℃)
Characteristics:
1.Silk protein finishing agent HOLPOSON® Da Qiao gives textiles moisturizing function
2. It does not affect the strength, hand feel and air permeability of the fabric, and can give the fabric a full, smooth hand feel.
3. It is pollution-free, non-toxic and biodegradable

2. To keep good hand feeling, don’t put it in temperature too high or dryness too long.
3. Consume it soon as possible.
