吸湿速干整理剂 HOLPOSON® Aqua-NL

HOLPOSON® Aqua-NL 该产品主要针对于尼龙及混纺织物的吸湿速干功能整理剂，主要应用于运动服装面料整理，其处理后的织物，具有优良的吸湿快干功能，提高人们的穿着舒适度，此外，经其处理后的面料手感柔软且具有一定的抗静电效果，应用方便。

二、使用方法
1. 浸渍工艺：
HOLPOSON® Aqua-NL      1 ～ 2 ％（对织物重）
30 ～ 40 ℃ 温度下浸渍 15 ～ 20min  →  烘干(110℃×1～3 分钟) 
2.浸轧工艺： 
HOLPOSON® Aqua-NL    15 ～ 30 g/L
轧液率      70  ％
浸轧 → 烘干(110℃×1～3 分钟) → 定型(150-170℃×1～2 分钟)

1. 赋予尼龙织物优异的吸湿速干性能；
2. 赋予纤维蓬松的特性，使起绒、起毛产品更丰满
3. 产品冷水化料，均匀搅拌后使用方便
4. 配伍性好，可与我司其他产品复配高浓产品。

注意事项
1. 一般来说阳离子柔软剂、氨基硅油柔软剂、蜡类防水剂、阳离子固色剂、阳离子抗静电剂等容易影响吸水性。 
2. 对于荧光增白或极浅颜色，建议使用苹果酸或者柠檬酸浸轧。 
3. 请事前通过试验确认HOLPOSON® Aqua-NL 对各种牢度的影响。  
4. 化料时用冷水或温水（约 30- 40℃），可保证产品良好的加工稳定性和持久效果。
5. 请尽早使用调配好的工作液,避免加工液的再使用。

贮    存

HOLPOSON® Aqua-NL 包装：50KG 塑料桶，贮存期为 12 个月。                                                                    

室内存放，避免高温、严寒。

HOLPOSON® Aqua-NL

The product is mainly used for the moisture absorption and quick drying finishing on nylon and blended fabrics. It is mainly used for the finishing of sportswear fabrics. The treated fabrics have excellent moisture absorption and quick drying function and improve people's wearing comfort. In addition, the treated fabrics are soft and have certain antistatic effect, which is convenient for application.

Usage:
1. Impregnation process:
HOLPOSON® Aqua-NL 1-2% (o.w.f.)
Impregnation at 30-40 ℃ for 15-20min - drying (110 ℃ for 1-3min)
2. Padding process:
HOLPOSON® Aqua-NL: 15-30 g/L
Liquid retention rate: 70%
Padding - drying (110 ℃ x 1-3 minutes) - heat setting (150-170 ℃ 1-2 minutes)
Characteristics:
1. Endows nylon fabric with excellent moisture absorption and quick drying performance.
2. Gives the fiber the characteristics of fluffiness.
3. Good compatibility. It can be mix-used with other products of our company.
Attentions:
1. Generally speaking, cationic softener, amino silicone oil softener, fluorine, fluorinated waterproof agent, cationic color fixer, cationic antistatic agent, etc. are easy to affect water absorption.
2. For fluorescent whitened or very light color, oxalic acid or citric acid should be used for padding.
3. Please confirm the influence of HOLPOSON® Aqua-NL on various color fastness through test in advance.
4. Cold water or warm water (about 30-40 ℃) can be used to dissolve the product to ensure good processing stability and lasting effect.
5. Please use the prepared working solution as soon as possible to avoid deposition in solution.
Storage:
Packaging of HOLPOSON® Aqua-NL: 50kg/plastic barrel. 
Storage period: 12 months. 
Store indoor and avoid overheat and severe cold.
